About Me
I’m Zhang Xin（Shean）. I’m currently rebooting my career under the name Shean Zero.
Why Zero? It’s my way of saying I’m hitting the reset button here in Japan—starting fresh, staying humble, and getting back to the pure joy of building things from 0 to 1 with AI.
I’ve been a tech builder for over 20 years. With a Master’s in Math from Peking University, I started out coding middleware and doing research at IBM before riding the mobile internet wave. For the last 13 years, I’ve been deep in the trenches of global supply chains, architecting massive systems for giants like Amazon, Alibaba, and ByteDance.
Now, I’ve traded the big corporate titles for my own One-Person Company in Tokyo. Through the “Shean Zero” Experiment, I’m fusing deep supply chain expertise with modern AI to build meaningful tools without the red tape. Whether creating AI-Native SaaS products solo or making global trade smarter with LLMs, I’m testing just how far one person can go to redefine software development.
